If PASSWORD Expired/Not Working- Get the same RESET/UPDATED
OTP ISSUE:
Check OTP on your registered mobile number/E-mail ID (updated in HR-Connect)
Do not press Send OTP Button multiple times, wait for at least 60 sec. for fresh OTP
In case, OTP not received in 3 min, please check the below points:
1. Check HR-Connect for Mobile Number/Email ID
2. Check Spam folder of email
3. Clear browsing history/cache
1. Check spam mail folder as well for OTP in your registered email id.
2. Do not press Send OTP button multiple times, wait for atleast 30 sec. for OTP.
If facing any issue in login, kindly clear your browsing history/cache.
